We resist by constructing our own archive. Lesbian-feminism is not merely an identity; it is a political strategy. As pioneering theorist Adrienne Rich articulated in her seminal 1980 essay, "Compulsory Heterosexuality and Lesbian Existence," Rich introduced the concept of the lesbian continuum, a vast spectrum of woman-identified experience  over female bodies, labor, and affection.
